How we work

From the first idea
to the final detail.

A good production brief connects the creative idea to the people, place, quantity, and deadline it needs to serve.

01 / The process

Make the decisions in the right order.

01

Tell us what you’re making.

Share the product idea, intended use, estimated quantities, budget, and required arrival date. Reference images and early artwork help us understand the direction.

02

Work through the specifications.

We discuss product options, materials, decoration, and the production approach, then provide a quote. Confirm the quantities, colors, sizes, and delivery details as part of the brief.

03

Prepare for production.

We handle digitizing and production-file preparation in-house. For orders over 100 units, we can provide physical samples for approval before full production begins. Sampling for other projects is discussed with the quote.

04

Make the goods.

Once the project’s specifications and approvals are settled, the work moves into production. The combination of material, construction, and decoration determines the schedule.

05

Plan the handoff.

Tell us where the order needs to arrive and who will receive it. For future runs, start with the established product and flag any changes to artwork, color, size mix, or quantity.

02 / A useful starting point

You don’t need every answer.
Bring us the important ones.

01

The creative direction

Artwork, brand guidelines, target colors, inspiration, and any details that must stay exact.

02

The commercial brief

Product types, quantities, size breakdowns, and a working budget or target unit cost.

03

The delivery plan

The required arrival date, destination, and any event, retail, or fulfillment requirements.

03 / Plan ahead

Make room for the making.

Typical production runs 1–4 weeks, depending on the method. Artwork decisions, sample approval, and transit also need room in the plan. Share your actual in-hands date so we can confirm a realistic schedule.

No setup fees for digitizing and production-file preparation. Minimums typically range from 24 to 100 units, depending on the product and decoration.
